The goal of this website is to show the present owners of the Givenchy company how much we miss the discontinued classics and hopefully, if they see that there is enough interest and demand, they will bring back your favorite perfume!

Please leave a comment below (for example: of why you liked the perfume, describe the scent, time period or age you wore it, who gave it to you or what occasion, any specific memories), who knows, perhaps someone from the company might see it.

Organza Indecence by Givenchy c1999

Today I picked up a vintage gift set of four 1/2 oz Givenchy perfumes, still fresh as the day they were made. Included in the set were Amarige, Hot Couture, Organza and Organza Indecence. The latter is one that I have been hunting down for quite awhile.

I first smelled Organza Indecence several years ago when I bought a lot of mostly empty vintage perfume bottles. There was about 2 spritzes left in the pretty bottle, just enough for me to test and test again. The most beautiful of sweet vanilla and exotic woods filled my senses. Spicy cinnamon and other heady Oriental riches made me swoon. I enjoyed the fact that this is a perfume that stays with you and leaves a wondrous sillage. I used up those last few sprays and have been looking for it ever since. Of course, on eBay one could find some bottles, but I am on a very fixed income and cannot afford the exorbitant prices that the auctions were bringing.
